It is now possible to register application for both Schengen Visa and Residence permit in Norway online. Read more about the new procedure here.

If you intend to stay in Norway for more than 90 days, or if you are going to work while in Norway, you need to apply for Residence or Work Permit.

UDI circular 2010-036 has been repealed, effective from 14 January 2013. As a consequence persons residing in Iraq can no longer deliver the application for family immigration at the Norwegian Embassy in Ankara.
