o Eğer sponsor taraf daha önce Türkiye’den biriyle evlilik yapmışsa, ve aynı zamanda bu eski eş sponsorla yapılan aile birleşimine istinaden Norveç’te oturma izni almışsa; tarafların Türkiye’de veya evliliğin gerçekleştiği ülkede boşandıklarına ilişkin belgenin sunulması zorunludur. / If the sponsor has previously been married to a person from Turkey, who also got a residence permit in Norway in family reunification with the sponsor; documentation proving that they are divorced in Turkey or the country that the marriage was entered into must be submitted.

o Geçen senenin vergi tahakkuku, veya ilgili süreç içinde kişinin yüksek öğrenim gördüğüne dair kanıt (yüksekokul veya üniversite) ve en az 60 veya denklikte kredi toplamış olmak / The last year’s tax assessment, or a confirmation that the sponsor has undergone higher education (university college or university) and has accumulated at least 60 credits or equivalent, during the period concerned
o Son 12 ay içerisinde sosyal yardım alınıp alınmadığını belgeleyen NAV teyid yazısı. / Confirmation from NAV confirming whether you have received social benefits the last 12 months or not
Eğer sponsor NAV’dan yardım alıyorsa / If the sponsor receives
benefits from NAV:
o Alınan yardımın miktarı ve bu yardımın hangi süreyi kapsadığına dair ilgili NAV karar yazısı. / Decision letter from NAV, showing the size of the benefit and the period covered by it
o NAV’dan alınan son 3 ödemenin bordroları / The three last paycheques from NAV

Eğer sponsor serbest meslek sahibiyse / If the sponsor is self-
employed:
o Şirketinizin Norveç’teki kurallara uygun kayıt edilmiş olduğunu gösterir bir teyid belgesi. / A confirmation that your firm is properly registered in Norway
o Muhasebecinizin ibraz ettiği ve size ait son 3 ayın kazancını bildiren belge. / A confirmation from your accountant that shows your monthly salary the last three months

Eğer sponsorun mevcut durumu aşağıdaki şartlara uyuyorsa / If this applies to the sponsor’s current situation:
o Bağlı olunan belediyeden sağlanan tanıtım programına katılımı belgeleyen mektup. Yazıda, programın süresi belirtilmeli ve maaş makbuzları da eklenmelidir. / Decision letter from your municipality concerning your participation in the introductory programme. Information about the duration of the programme and paycheques must be submitted
o Eğitim kredisi ve bursların ödenmesiyle ilgili Norveç Hükümeti Eğitim Kredisi Fonu tarafınca yazılan karar mektubu. Bu yazı ile, ödemelerin hangi eğitim dönemini kapsadığı belgelenmelidir (okuldaki bir yıllık tüm sömestir programını mı ya da bunun belli bir bölümünü mi kapsadığı belirtilmelidir) / Decision letter from the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund concerning payments of loans and grants. It must be documented which period is covered by the payments (the entire school year or only parts of it)
o Kararlaştırılmış dönemsel yararlar/sabit getiriler, örneğin sigortayla ilişkili ödemeler, özel sigorta planları veya kira gelirleri / Fixed periodic benefits, such as insurance payments, private pension schemes or rent income.
o Son 12 ay içerisinde sosyal yardım alınıp alınmadığını belgeleyen NAV teyid yazısı. / Confirmation from NAV confirming whether you have received social benefits the last 12 months or not.
Norveç’te 4 yıl çalışmış veya eğitim görmüş sponsorlardan istenenler / Requirement for the sponsor to have worked or studied in Norway for four years:
o Göçmenlik Yasası bölüm 40a uyarınca tespit olunan gereksinimlere cevap verebilmek için, Norveç’te toplamda 4 yıl süre çalışmış veya eğitim görmüş olunduğunun belgelendirilmesi zorunludur. Sözkonusu iş veya eğitim tam zamanlı bir aktivite olarak teşkil edilmiş olmalıdır. / If you need to fulfill the requirement in the Immigration Act section 40a, you must document that you have worked or undergone education in Norway for a total of four years. The work or education must constitute full time activity.
